Ability to lead sales, engineering, estimating and production teams from planning through to construction.

Ability to manage quality and consistency of project delivery while ensuring project costing efficiencies.

Adept at overseeing production teams responsible for building both structural steel and miscellaneous metals.

Ability to implement turnkey projects in the ICI and Design-build sectors.

Most products fall between these two extremes. For example, a restaurant provides a physical good, but also provides services in the form of ambience, the setting and clearing of the table, etc.

And although some utilities actually deliver physical goods — like water utilities which actually deliver water — utilities are usually treated as services.
